1. Peel white asparagus.

2. Cook white and green asparagus till both are 'al dente' - still a bit crisp.

3. Make the dips that you prefer:

    -Tarragon, lemon, cream cheese 

    -Sweet chilli, cream cheese

4. Serve on tray and add other vegetables like carrots or cucumber, with some biscuits on side if wanted.
